MovieLink, Movie Link BD, MovieLinkBD — the Same Site?

This brand gets typed a dozen different ways. Some of those spellings reach us. Some reach a site that borrowed the name. This page sorts out which is which, because the spelling you type decides where you land.

Spellings that all mean this brand

These are the same name written differently — a space in a different place, a letter dropped, the “BD” left off. Searching any of them means you are looking for us:

• MovieLinkBD — the full name, and the one we use.
• MovieLink and Movie Link — the name without the country suffix. Very common, and it is still us.

Where the confusion starts: the name is not the address

A spelling is not a domain. Anyone can register a domain containing our name, put our wordmark on it, and copy our page layout in an afternoon — and several have. What they cannot do is be on our list of addresses.

So the useful question is never “does this site say MovieLinkBD?” — every copy says that. It is “is this address one of ours?”

Spellings that are somebody else’s site

These read almost identically at a glance, which is the point of them. They are not operated by or affiliated with this team:

• MoviesLinkBD — with an s after “Movie”. A separate site on a separate domain.
• MovieLinkBD on an extension that is not on our list — the name is ours, the site is not.

We make no claim here about what those sites do; we say only what we can verify — that we do not run them, and that we cannot answer for what happens on them.

That is the whole test. Design, colours and wording prove nothing, because all three are trivial to copy and every copy copies them.

Why several spellings exist at all

The brand has been around since 2022 and people found it by word of mouth, in group chats and in screenshots. Names travel imperfectly that way — someone hears “movie link”, someone else writes it as one word, a third drops the BD.
